What is Sacral Chakra?
After we know how to awaken our Root Chakra and understand more what is Root Chakra, following we can awaken our 2nd Chakra called “Sacral Chakra”, in Sanskrit "Swadhishthan" means "self" and “residence”.
Sacral Chakra located about 3 inches below the navel in the center of the spine, its associated with the element of water and represented in orange color. The symbol of the sacral chakra is shaped 6 petals with a white crescent moon, it represents the connection energy of the moon and water.
When Sacral Chakra is balance, it can experience life of joy with relationships, it stimulated sensuality and creativity.
How to active Sacral Chakra?
Meditation
1. Sit with any meditation pose, which is Padmasana(Lotus Pose), Sukhasana(Easy Pose), Virasana(Hero Pose) or on the chair feet on the ground.
2. Gently close your eye, take a few deep breaths.
3. Vizualize orange glow surrounding your sacral chakra and slowly spread the warm feeling to your pelvic area and relaxed.
4. Use affirmation to reset your pattern in your unconscious mind, as
"I AM PEACEFUL WITHIN"
"I DESERVE SEXUAL PLEASURE"
"I AM CREATIVE BEING"
"I AM IN LOVE WITH LIFE"
"I HONOR MY FEELINGS"
"I RESPECT MY BODY"
5. Start to take a deep inhale and exhale chant V-a-mmmmm for 3 times, feel the vibration and sound to generate a cleansing power.

Rest your right palm on top of left palm.
